Chili Verde (Tomatillos + Ground Pork)

1/2 to 3/4 pound ground pork
1/2 lb tomatillos
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp to 1 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
2 whole cloves
1 tbsp cumin
oil
salt to taste
roast tomatillos
dump into blender and then add spices. blend together
cook ground pork in a little oil until it's no longer pink
add blended sauce. mix, bring back to boil
serve over rice
